High-speed series
The high-speed Optical Power Meter module designs and adopts the high-speed sampling circuit, in high speed mode, can provide 10 KHZ(MAX) power data acquisition speed, and 10 million measured data buffer size (per channel). Cooperate with the Dimension SLS light source, It provides an efficient and low-cost test solution for the fast scan test of passive devices.
