Description

FIBERPRO’s Optical Thickness Measurement System, the TM5000, uses white light interferometer-based technology to perform thickness measurement using a non-contact method. Reflections from both surfaces (top and bottom) are collected and returned to the controller for thickness calculation. This system is designed for use in quality control, R&D labs, and production lines. Due to its reliability, accuracy, and ease-of-use, The TM5000 can be relied on by all manufacturers.
